We're excited to introduce a new beginner cardio class that's fun, sweaty and approachable for everyone!
BOUNCE is a 30-minute rebounding workout perfect for first-time jumpers, anyone coming back from a fitness break or those wanting to add more cardio to their existing workout for the day!
This class will include a variety of rebounding moves but spend more time on each move and skip the more complicated combos/variations found in our other rebounding classes, and keep the tempo at a moderate pace. This allows for better practice of jumping technique and form. After 20-minutes of jumping, class will wrap up with 10 minutes of sculpting that may change week-to-week [arms, abs or butt!] Expect a fun and energetic class that will make you sweat, in a no-pressure environment. In addition to getting a fun workout, you can BOUNCE for a good cause! The cost of this class [$6] is 100% donated to the organization Girls On The Run a developmental program for girls in 3rd-8th grade, using running/physical activity as a vehicle to build confidence and life skills.
BOUNCE is currently offered Thursdays 8:45AM and Saturdays 11:30AM starting 3.8.18 [but check the schedule for changes]. Contact us with any questions and we can't wait to see you at the studio!
