We offer a unique variety of workouts!

Whether you want to sweat, sculpt, feel the shake or get a good stretch, we've got you covered. Each workout is thoughtfully created to give you new challenges and a healthy exercise experience!

We've created a unique and well-rounded selection of workouts that can truly give you a body that's not only fit and strong, but also healthy, balanced and not beat up. Each workout is thoughtfully created to give you new challenges and a fun workout experience! We design workouts based on what's most effective and best for your body from all perspectives. We don't believe in 'methods' because they are driven more by fads and branding than exercise science, and they have rules that limit the way your body moves. We're simply laser-focused on evolving our classes and enhancing our teaching skills. Because it's all about being our very best, for you!

REFORMER CLASSES

Freehouse reformer classes are taught by certified pilates and yoga instructors (200-600 hours of training) because they have received extensive education on anatomy and alignment, and use that knowledge to help each client adjust their form in subtle ways for better results. Our reformer classes are carefully designed to be very challenging, yet balanced and healthy for the body, without making clients hold any positions or exercises for an unsafe amount of time, or excessively load up on springs.
REFORMER FLEX.  [hardcore sculpting]  Our signature hardcore reformer class. With lots of creativity and variety, this class will push your limits in new ways. As we work through each and every muscle group you'll be challenged to work continuously through every minute and every inch of class. It's all about muscle endurance and control! This workout will give you strength and muscle definition you've never had before! Note: New clients should please start with Reformer Flex I.  NOTES: Not a traditional Pilates class; Please bring or purchase grip socks. Clients say: "This class flew by, and I definitely left shaky." and "I really love this studio and how they run their reformer classes."

REFORMER FLEX CARDIO.  [hardcore sculpting + cardio interval]  Want to add an extra kick to your hardcore reformer workout? This class includes a cardio interval (~10 minutes) on the low-impact Jumpboard to give you a really well-rounded workout experience. Enjoy the best of both worlds as this class recruits slow and fast twitch muscle fibers to give you those killer muscle shakes + an elevated heart rate that burns extra calories and strengthens your heart, lungs and muscles! NOTES: NOTES: Not a traditional Pilates class; Please bring or purchase grip socks. NOTES: Not a traditional Pilates class; Please bring or purchase grip socks. Clients say: "What an amazing class!! It worked my entire body." and "The springboard portion??? AMAZING."

REFORMER PILATES.  [sculpting + flexibility]  A traditional Pilates reformer class with a contemporary twist. Learn classical Pilates exercises that improve your strength, flexibility, alignment and coordination! And enjoy some of our favorite reformer Flex exercises not in the pilates repertoire to layer in new challenges for your muscles. This class is highly focused on subtle and detailed alignment throughout the body. It may feel like a slower-paced class for those less experienced with finding those smaller, subtle muscles. Yet after a few classes, once the method becomes familiar, the exercises feel noticeably more challenging and the class provides awesome long-term benefits for the body! NOTES: New clients must take 3 Flex I classes at our studio before joining this class to become acclimated to the reformer; Please bring or purchase grip socks.  Clients say: "Love this class. Lots of personal attention and focus on technique." and "This workout is slow, but deceptively hard."

Some class details.

Each type of class (i.e. high flyer, bandit, flex, etc.) will vary week-to-week with a different combination of moves to ensure you always progress and never get bored or suffer from repetitive movement injuries. All classes are 50 minutes long unless noted otherwise. Students should always be free of injuries before joining any group classes. Our instructors are happily able to help clients with occasional modifications, but if you experience any joint issues, chronic pain or have any active injuries, this may require more attention or modifications than we are able to provide in a group class setting so please contact us to see if your desired class is a good fit for you.

Before you workout.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your class or session start time. Unfortunately we cannot allow first time clients to join class late as you would miss important class instructions. Leave cell phones, personal items and beverages in the lobby. Grip socks are required for reformer classes to keep the machine straps hygienic (you can purchase a pair at the studio if needed) and band/rebounder classes are done in bare feet. In rebounding classes, avoid wearing extra-long pants past the ankle. Shorts must be form-fitting with good coverage. Students may want to bring a small personal towel and water bottle. We have a water cooler and bottles of water available to purchase at the studio. We also have 2 showers available for your use after class. They are stocked with awesome essential toiletries and complimentary towels.
