Join Dana, Lisa, and Amanda this Saturday, June 6th @ 9AM for a unique 2-part, tag team live workout!
Choose from 30 minutes of Rebound with Dana & Lisa or 30 minutes of Sweaty Sculpt with Amanda. Both workouts will kickoff at 9AM and happen simultaneously with Dana & Lisa tag team teaching from the studio and Amanda teaching from her home.
Amanda's class will virtually move to the studio (via a second meeting link) and we'll all sculpt together for 30 more minutes, with a core-centered workout taught by Dana & Amanda.

What do you need for the workout?
Rebounding: You just need your rebounder! We'll jump the whole time. Barefoot jumping recommended for bungee rebounders.
Sweaty Sculpt: You can opt to wear sneakers or go barefoot on a mat based on your floor surface and personal comfort. The majority of the workout will be standing-based movements. Light weights are an optional addition. And one heavy weight 7-8lb recommended. Note: A laundry detergent jug is a perfect substitute for a heavy weight. Or fill a canvas tote bag or back pack with a few books or heavy items.
Core Sculpting Props: A mat or towel. Optional light to medium weights.
How can you access the workout?
The class takes place via Zoom. Registration closes 30 minutes prior to class beginning, then an email link to join the class will be sent out.
Will it be recorded?
Yes! The Rebound & Core Sculpting workouts will be recorded together in high resolution. The Sweaty Sculpt workout will be a separate recording via Zoom and a lower resolution (fyi). Both videos will be uploaded the day after and a link to access (indefinitely) will be sent out to all attendees.
