On Saturday, May 30th at 10AM, Freehouse will host a 1 hour live class taught by Dana, Te'yana, and Amanda. Three powerhouse teachers are ready to bring the fire with their favorite moves and a nonstop flow. This will be a fierce and fabulous workout you won't want to miss!

Cost: $25. Proceeds for this class will be donated to PPE 2 PHL, a team of Philadelphia-based health professional students providing healthcare workers with the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) they need to combat the COVID-19 Pandemic.

The Class: A more grounded sculpting workout on the mat that will build strength and muscle tone in fun, creative ways! No props required but grab a set of light weights about 2-3lbs if you have them. Or substitute water bottles or cans!
New to freehouse? Join us! The workout is challenging but approachable no matter your fitness experience.
Details: This virtual video class will be hosted by Zoom. Registration closes 30 minutes prior to class beginning, then an email link to join the class will be sent out. This workout will only be available LIVE. There will not be a recording available afterward.

Our studio may be closed, but that hasn’t stopped us from jumping! We brought our rebounding to you On Demand, with the same no-mercy approach and crystal clear audio so you can pump up the volume and bounce to the beat! But the one thing that's still missing is being together. There are magical moments in a Freehouse rebounding class when the beat drops, and the instructor rallies you to push it just a little more and you feel the whole class energy rise. Well, we want that back! Let’s catch that beat together again and make it through those tough combos as a team!

WHERE: A virtual video class via zoom. Link is emailed to attendees 30 min before class. And all attendees can access a high res video recording of the workout afterward.
WORKOUT: All Star. A mix of jumping and total body sculpting intervals.
YOU NEED: A rebounder, mat and set of dumbbells (~5lbs but we'll give you options for heavier or lighter weights!)

Here are a few helpful things to note about our On Demand website and program.
1. Freehouse On Demand is here to stay! When our studio reopens, not only will these videos continue, but we'll have greater support and resources from the Freehouse Team that we can share with you 💛
2. You can enjoy the workouts in any order or mix and match to fit your schedule and workout routine. If you are only or mainly using Freehouse On Demand for your workouts, we recommend you do all of the videos each week (and the ab video 2x/week) for a balanced regimen that hits every part of your body. Here's an example, but customize to your liking!
3. We take requests! Please use this quick and easy form to submit any requests and feedback about our on-demand workouts and program. We will be posting extra workouts and features outside of our 7-video weekly line-up, so let us know what you like!
4. Check out our prop recommendations to maximize your results. Right now, we're hanging back on workouts that use reels or a ball to give you time to purchase them - or if you opt not to, we want to ensure you have enough workouts to enjoy without them. But we will be adding these workouts soon!
5. Barefoot or shoes? If you have a thick mat (1/4"+) and healthy ankle mobility, it's probably comfortable for you to do our mat workouts barefoot, and you'll be able to benefit from building up that strength in your feet and lower legs. Another option is to wear sneakers on your hardwood floor, and pull out your mat for grounded floor exercises to cushion your wrists, knees, etc. Listen to your body, watch your form (always drop your heels on hops), and decide what feels best for you. NOTE: We highly recommend jumping barefoot on bungee rebounders. Watch our rebounding intro video for more details.

Get ready, our new On Demand Program begins on Monday! We're sharing 7 new workouts every week (5 mat, 2 rebound), structured to cover every muscle in your body with the perfect amount of repetition and variety. Plus, extra features and support!
As soon as our studio closed on March 16th, we started a library of online workouts at freehouseonline.vids.io, available for free, with an optional ($30) donation. This library contains almost 30 fun workouts, with tons of variety and challenges!
Beginning Monday, April 20th, these videos will move over to our new site (address to be announced Sunday). They will be available on our new site along with our new Program workouts. That means you'll have 30 archived videos and 7 new program videos to choose from on Monday. Woo-hoo! And our new On Demand Program (and archived videos) will be available via subscription at $45/month with 2 weeks of free access. NOTE: Our current library at freehouseonline.vids.io will close up on Wednesday, April 22nd.

Highlights from our first Freehouse LIVE class
Together we're stronger, whether in the studio or at home.
Thank you for an incredible first Freehouse (sold-out) LIVE class! Over 100 people signed up to workout together in our largest class ever. And what was especially meaningful to me was that with the exception of our first time attendees (welcome!), I knew each and every one of you. I looked across the online gallery and saw the faces of amazing people who show up week-after-week and year-after-year, supporting me, my team and each other. You are my community and I am thankful EVERY day for you. Thank you for continuing to share workouts with me through this craaaaaaaazy time. Our first LIVE class was beyond fun, and we can't wait to do it again!
Our next LIVE online class is this Friday, April 3rd at 12PM and by booking a spot, you have the option to join us LIVE or access to the video on-demand and do the workout at your own convenience.
This 50-minute virtual class is a nonstop, challenging workout on par with Freehouse studio classes. I'll cue you through every beat, break down positioning and form, motivate you to step up the intensity and cheer you on!
Price: $12. You can book online up until 11:30AM on Friday. Hope to see you there!
LIVE Workout Details
What do you need? For any given LIVE workout I'll suggest optional props in the class description. Ultimately you can make a lot of substitutions and adjustments, or do the workout with no props.
Do you have any injuries? If you have any limitations that I don't already know about from having you in class or for which you would like to make sure I offer modifications for, please email us asap.
How can you access the class? We're using Zoom and recommend you download the software/app to your computer or mobile device for the best experience! You can also use your web browser but there is limited functionality. Try this zoom test now if you've never used the program before. We will email out a meeting link to everyone as soon as registration closes 30 minutes before class begins. The class will open 15 minutes early if you want to log in early to see your friends and use the Zoom chat feature to talk before class!
How can you access the video after class? It may take us up to a day to get the file posted online. As soon as we do, we'll email everyone in the class a link to access.

Join Dana and your Freehouse friends (virtually) this Saturday 3/28 at 10AM for a 50-minute total body workout live and on-demand.
This class will systematically fatigue every muscle group, concentrating on different parts of the body and different movement patterns for maximum burn...with intervals of heart-rate climbing exercises layered in. Be prepared for a fabulously tough workout and lots of sweaty smiles.
You Need: Sneakers, a mat and a sweat towel
Optional Props: Light dumbbells (~3lbs) and ankle weights (1-2.5lbs)
Registration closes 30 minutes prior to class beginning. An email link to join the live class will be sent out 15 minutes prior to class start time. This workout will also be available for registered clients to watch on-demand afterward.
Important Note: If you have any injuries or physical limitations, please ensure you have your doctor's clearance to exercise and contact us prior to class so we can provide appropriate modifications. Work at your own pace and proceed cautiously with movements or exercises you are unfamiliar with.
