Join us for a strengthening & lengthening workout experience on Feb. 29th, from 7-8PM at Athleta on Walnut St. We’ll begin with 30 minutes of fun, focused, full-body sculpting designed to bring you new challenges and empowering strength. Then we’ll flow through 30 minutes of yoga poses where you’ll be holding, finding your edge, and going a step past your comfort zone. The powerful postures will enhance your strength while focusing on finding length throughout your body.

Details: Class will be taught by Dana Auriemma (owner of Freehouse Fitness) and Courtney Ciallella (four the love of yoga). Please bring a mat (although we have extra to share as needed) and we will have weights available for sculpting, but feel free to BYO if you have small weights at home. No registration required, just show up!
