Getting started. We get what it’s like to take your first class! Or your first dozen classes! There’s a learning curve to rebounding that is tougher than getting on a treadmill or a bike. And that's intimidating. But trust us, we got you. We’ve welcomed thousands of first time jumpers into the studio, given you the rundown on "how to jump" and then reassured you that it will take your muscles time to get acclimated, but it's worth it! We keep our jumps low and focus on pushing down into the rebounding surface because that triggers the most work for your muscles. Big jumps are fun but not fitness and not included in our workout so don't worry about having to jump in any sort of scary or risky way. And while we push our students to jump at a quick pace that's challenging to keep up with, it's absolutely acceptable to jump slower and opt for modified jumps if any choreography feels too complicated. So give it a try!
High FlyerA heart pounding total body cardio class. This class with push you through 40-45 minutes of nonstop cardio moves that include arms, abs and legs. Be prepared to sweat and MOVE as you pump your legs quickly to the beat of the music. Then we'll slow it down with a few sculpting moves, and you'll leave class feeling light on your feet and energized.
Note: New jumpers may enjoy Top Guns or All Star first as the jumping is done in intervals. |
