Live Stream Details
Reservations. Book a class online. Pay per class, or if you're a subscriber of Freehouse On Demand, it's free! You can book virtual classes right up until the moment class begins, but please note there is a 30 minute cancellation window for live stream class purchases. Our classes live stream via Zoom. A link and unique password to access your live class will be emailed to you from [email protected] 4 hours before class begins, or immediately after registration if you book within 4 hours of the class. Our live stream classes are also recorded and available to On Demand subscribers in our library for a week after class!
Troubleshooting an On Demand Playback Issue
Having trouble with your Freehouse On-Demand video playback? The video is freezing or buffering?
These things should help! But here’s a troubleshooting guide from Vimeo as well.
- Try another quality setting for the video. Your internet speed might be too slow for the quality you're playing the video at. Click the gear wheel in the lower right corner, select Auto or another quality setting
- Reset your device. Clear your browser’s cache, cookies, and history. How to do this varies depending on the device you are using. A google search can help provide instructions. Then log out of freehousefitness.vhx.tv and close/quit your web browser. It may also help to then power your device off and back on.
- Try another browser (safari, chrome, IE) or device (computer, phone, tablet). And if you are streaming or casting to your TV, try just watching the video on your original device.
