Here's what you need to know...
Cancellations
6-hour cancellation notice is required for all group classes. To be fair to all clients we do not make any exceptions [...but we do have freebie classes on the schedule you can enjoy to make-up any lost workouts!]. Late cancellations will result in a class/session deduction for packages or $10 fee for unlimited clients. Cancellations can be made online, through the MindBody App, or by calling and speaking to us directly. We cannot accept any cancellations over voicemail.
Waitlists
If a spot opens up 6+ hours before class begins you'll be added to the class by our scheduling system and the cancellation policy applies. i.e. you could be added at 12AM for a 6:10AM class. Only keep yourself on a waitlist if you are prepared to attend class and cancel your waitlist reservations 6+ hours prior to the class if you’re not planning to attend anymore. [i.e. before you go to bed].
If you’re booked for a class already but on the waitlist for another class that day, please monitor and cancel your reservations as needed to avoid double booking yourself. You will receive an email notification as soon as you are added to class and you'll see the class on your online/app schedule. You can also ask us to receive text notifications!
If a spot opens up less than 6 hours before class begins, we'll notify all students on the waitlist and give them the option to join us, first come first serve.

Purchases
We offer package discounts for multi-class purchases (i.e. 4-class monthly, 10-class pack). These packages come with expiration dates. We are unable to extend expiration dates beyond a 3-day courtesy period or in the case of medical illness or injury. In the event you can't attend your classes before the expiration date, we can happily exchange your purchase to only cover the classes you're able to attend and credit the balance!
Studio Etiquette
arrival
First-time clients new to the workout (i.e. it's your first rebound, reformer or sculpting class with us) need to arrive on time to enter class so they can receive important set-up instructions, teacher introductions and safety notes before the class begins. We can't do this after class starts so unfortunately we can't allow late entry.
Returning clients should please let us know if you are running a few minutes late and we will hold a spot in the back or near the door. After 5 minutes, entry may be refused and open spots will be offered to waitlist or drop in clients.
clutter
We looooove our phones but please leave them in your locker. Phones and sweatshirts clutter the floor and can make your instructor trip as they try to walk around and give corrections. Towels, water and locker keys only. If you need to monitor your phone for emergency reasons, please notify us at the front desk and we'll keep an eye on it for you.
no gum please
It doesn't mix well with exercise and we don't want to test our CPR skills!
tune in
Your instructor is giving cues based on what they are seeing [you] do so tune in for those adjustments and you'll have an even better workout! Avoid chatter with your friends during class since it distracts your neighbors. And if you need anything urgent, wave your instructor over or slip out to ask the front desk for help. We're here for you!
