Dana's been teaching fitness for over 10 years. From group aerobics classes to private pilates lessons, she has a breadth of experience leading clients in alignment-based, educational workouts. And behind that experience is a depth of knowledge! In addition to her comprehensive pilates teacher training from Balanced Body, Dana's taken numerous continuing ed courses to further her expertise in back pain, breast cancer, kinesiology, structural alignment and more. She fields questions from clients every day about how to care for injuries, why something is misaligned or uncomfortable, or what she recommends for achieving specific goals.
