We reinvented sculpting on the mat. Mat based workouts have endless possibilities and we really push the limits to give you incredible workouts. Our unique mat-based classes feature a wide variety of props that challenge your muscles in different ways. You'll use slastix resistance bands, suspension ropes, reels, gliders, dumbbells, ankle weights and balls to hit every possible angle, and make every workout fun!
BanditUsing 15-20lb slastix resistance bands that clip into the wall with handles, ankle cuffs and foot loops, you'll get to every (and we mean every) muscle! As you move the bands to different hooks throughout class, you'll work asymmetrically and laterally more than any other type of sculpting training workout for true functional + core strength. It's a freehouse creation unlike anything you've ever done before!

Triple ShotA three part class that packs a punch for your lower body. Starting with nonstop full-body movements, you'll lunge, sumo, punch, plank and more with 3lb weights. Then using a freestanding vertical bar, be prepared for additional leg balancing moves! Finally class winds down on the mat with a large pilates ball that helps targets every angle of your abs as you bend, twist and flex into the ball for concentrated toning.

BurnoutA higher-intensity class using props that instantly challenge your muscles to the max through extreme instability and high resistance. Featuring suspension ropes, dumbbells, heavy ankle weights or a glider, you'll build major strength everywhere as your body 'fights' to pull, push and stabilize.

AbsessionAn ab-centered sculpting class on the mat with a strategic approach to strengthening your core in a balanced and well-rounded way. Using bungee bands, balls and/or weights, you'll twist, bend, rollup and more. This class has a mellow vibe with slow controlled movements but you'll feel the burn and enjoy the fun variety of moves that goes far beyond crunches and planks!
